Please ensure plants are packed securely in their original packaging when possible. Include:

Step 4: Ship Your Return
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. We recommend:
- Keeping your shipping receipt for tracking purposes

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and viability of our living products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Custom or special order plants including specific Acer varieties and rare climbers
- Plants that have been substantially altered from their original condition
- Products damaged due to improper planting, care, or weather conditions after delivery
Exchange Options
If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we offer:
- Direct exchange for plants of equal value
- Credit toward future purchases
- Exchange for different varieties within the same plant category

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your plants arrive damaged or you receive incorrect items:

- Provide photos of the damaged plants and packaging
